Return and Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Westlake Shoes purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return the item within 30 days of your purchase, provided the item is unworn and in brand new condition. In the event that the item you received is faulty or does not match its description, then a full refund will be mafe to its original payment method or store credit will be rewarded. there is no refund or exhange on sale items. 

To return purchases, please package the item securelt and posr to the address below. PLease note we do not cover reurn postage costs. When the item has been returned to us, we will arrange for the total prove to be refunded into your account.
